We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
Promax provides a digital platform for bill payment services including but not limited to airtime top-ups, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity payments, internet services, and education-related payments. We also offer a wallet service that allows users to fund and manage their accounts for seamless transactions.
3. User Registration and Account
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Wallet Service and BVN Verification
Our wallet service requires Bank Verification Number (BVN) verification for account creation. By providing your BVN, you authorize Promax to verify your identity with relevant financial institutions. Upon successful verification, a unique account number will be generated for your wallet. You can fund your wallet by transferring money to this account number. We comply with all applicable regulations regarding BVN collection and usage, and your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment and Transactions
All payments made through Promax are processed securely. Transaction fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before you confirm any payment. Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be cancelled. However, if there is an error in processing, you may contact our customer service for assistance. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Service Availability
While we strive to ensure continuous service availability, Promax does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Promax services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our services to engage in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any illegal transactions. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for bill payments is accurate and complete.
8. Transaction Disputes and Refunds
If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, you must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate all disputes and may request additional information. Refunds are processed at our discretion and in accordance with the policies of our service providers. Processing times for refunds may vary.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected, including BVN information, transaction history, and personal details, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Promax platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Promax or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Promax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party service providers for various bill payments. While we select our partners carefully, we are not responsible for the quality, availability, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you may lose access to your wallet balance and transaction history. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer service.

15. Governing Law
